Alice Kaighin departed this life about the 18th of May last intestate,

whereupon the court has decreed her brothers and sisters Jo, Thos, Philip, Wm, Jony, and Ellin Kaighin joint administrators of all her goods and chattles whatsoever. Jo and Philip being absent and Wm abroad, Charles Cannell husband of Jony and Henry Killey husband of Ellinor and Thos Kaighin are sworn in Court and gave pledges Jo Canon and Adam Callister.
